Default Driver Side Axle dilemma

me and my friend are doing his driver side axle on his 01 prelude and ran into a problem with taking out the bolt that fastens the LCA and strut fork. we got the nut off, but it seems like the bolt froze inside of the bushing. we are using hand tools, could using a air tools help free up the bolt? what are our other options? has anyone ran into this problem?

Spray it with some PB Blaster. If that doesn't work try heat.

Or put the nut back on and then tap the nut with a hammer, you can use little force, just becareful of the threads.

That's those honda LCA bolt's seems like they can be a nightmare. I've been lucky so far...knock on wood.

There is a tool, kind of like a "C" clamp, a ball joint tool can be used in a pinch. 94

i dont think hes talking about the ball joint...hes talking about the strut fork bolt that always seizes to the bushing in the lca.

*edit* nevermind, i see what ur saying....actually a pretty good idea.
