Default Drill and tapping to the next size up

I was tearing down some integra rear trailing arms and when I got to the 10mm bolts that hold the dust shields on, I had two that broke at the heads. So my question is what would I drill and tap the next size up? a 12mm bolt? if so what is the pitch?

Thanks in advance.

8mm x 1.25 pitch. I am not sure if you can move up to this size from the 6mm x 1.00 pitch bolts that are broken off in your Integra rear trailing arms.
