Default Drag Radials

Im about buy some 225/50/R15 bf goodrich drag radials, and I wanna know if my STOCK axles will snap when I launch it.

The car is making 240whp 180wtq on a B16.

and someone correct me if im wrong, but i heard that you take the amount of whp you made and divide that by 2 and whatever the amount is, its the whp to each axles, is this true??
