Anyone done this? I'm trying to figure out how to do it with the minimal damage to the door.

BEFORE ANYONE STARTS!!! Yes I know it's unsafe. Yes I know I'm a f%^&ing idiot for doing it. Yes I know I'll die an agonising death in a carpark impact. I ride a motorbike as my daily driver so even a gutted door is better protection. I'm really NOT after your opinion on this "modification", I need an idea of how to do it!
