you won't know the extent of the damage until you remove the head. it could have dropped the valve into the cylinder and bounced around. or it could have just broken and dropped it slightly. if you are magically lucky you might just be able to run it still with new springs and the damage might be minimal, but you would have to be VERY lucky, most likely it dropped the valves into the cylinder, if your lucky again it just trashed one or 2 pistons and didnt damage the walls too bad.
Then you can go 25 over pistons and re-bore and hone. the head if you are lucky didnt get too banged up from the valve. sometimes it just makes a few marks which you can live with. other times it lodges the head of the valve in the chamber!!!
the only way to tell how bad the damage is, is to remove the head..
Did the sparkplugs come out in one peice? were they hard to remove?

so i took off the spark plugs and found spark plug nearest to the dist. was broken and saw broken metal inside the spark plug whole, im assuming its the piston but the other three spark plugs were easy to take out and where in good condition
