90-91 B18A's have EGR valves.
You might wanna double check on that. What header or exhaust manifold have you seen on an old 90-91' RS/LS/GS that utilizes Exhaust Gas Recirculation?
EGR recycles small amount of exhaust gases into the combustion chamber to reduce emissions.
