Ok so I bought this gsr block in hopes to build a something up, but im now worried there is a sunken sleeve... the wierd thing is that the deck is good even all across... but it looks like the cylinder sunk down, another suspicious thing is that it looks like that sleeve is thicker then the others.. could this be a stock re placement someone had done?? need opinions before I WASTE $$$...

sorry for the bad pic but you can see the sleeve sticks out a little here but everything looks good up top
