Do these pics of the back of this B18B1 look normal? I'm kinda concerned about the part to the left of the oil filter, the little blue thing.. It looks like it's sticking through the block, but maybe i'm just a noob at this and mistaken.. I haven't taken it apart yet to see inside...

 

I believe that is your knock sensor.

 

thats the oil pressure switch.......although i never seen a blue OEM switch......it could be an aftermarket one?
