Default do i need to replace my belt(s)?

one or more of my belt(s) are/is squeeking (A/C, P/S, and alternator) since it has been raining lately and they have been exposed to saturated environment because of the missing splashguard around the fender and pulleys.

question: is it necessary to replace the belt or belts that have been subjected to the moisturized conditions?

It's alright, I live in Cincinnati, it rains or snows here half the year. I don't have any splashguards and my belts are perfectly fine.
