Default Do I need to install a resistor box?

I have a 96 honda prelude Si. I did a JDM H22a swap and converted back to OBD1. It is currently running on a stock jdm OBD1 p13 ecu and runs well. I am swapping the ecu to a P28 chipped and I have been told I need to install the resistor box is this true? Not just because the ecu but just in general. Help would be amazing. Thanks in advance

Resistor box will only be needed if you are installing different injectors that are PEAK AND HOLD type injectors. Your car has SATURATED injectors.

No you dont need a resistor box to convert to obd-1
