Default dizzy not working right!!!

i was wondering if any of you guys have had bad experience with buying dizzys from a local checkers auto parts or autozone...i have a 00ek hatch with a fresh gsr motor and im using a automatic ex harness problem is i got the motor w/o a dizzy so i went down to checkers auto parts and purchased a remanufactured obd2b b16 dizzy so i go home put it in and for some odd reason i start it up with my obd1 gsr ecu and its revs up to only 3k(ecu works fine on my friends car) so then i put on a obd2b sohcv ecu it revs up to 7k between 1 1/2k to 2 1/2 k its bogs a little and when you drive it it jerks alot? what could the problem be? something wrong with the dizzy? and alsoi tried my friends oem b16 dizzy my car runs excellent with my obd1p72 ecu..is there a trick to fix this problem on the dizzy from checkers? i bought 2 already and it does the same thing....what could be worng need your guys help THANKS

firing order
plugs
wires
dizzy may be clocked the wrong way

check those, im guessing you probly have the firing order wrong.
