dizzy bolts stripped and stuck
two of my dizzy bolts are stripped and stuck. they were stripped when i got the engine. i sprayed wd40 a couple times and used my harbor freight vice-grips.
how can i get them off? i don't have a a torch, but i might buy a cheep one.

update - it looked like they were already rounded off from using a vice grip. i bought a set of those craftsman stripped bolt removers.
