Default DIY rocker arm removal

I am replacing my LMA in my b16 - Anyone have step by step pictures of removing the
rocker arms from the shaft? I am not sure which 'pins' everyone is telling me not to lose!! I know u use a rubber band to take them off the shaft as an entire assembly but if anyone has more detailed pictures plz post.
