I am doing a mini-me swap. Im putting a z6 head on a y7 block. I am running obd1 harness and ECU. I have the head on, but am stuck with the distributor. Does it matter what distributor I put on? Ive heard a couple things. One, it doesnt matter, and the other, it does because of the spark output for a higher compression head (Z6 VTEC VS a Y7 Non-VTEC). Any ideas out there???
