Default Distributor Cap for external coil

I was told that you can use a Honda accord distributor cap on an integra distributor if you are running an external coil pack. Anyone try this? Both caps look very similar.

Here is the accord cap

Here is the Integra cap.

That's good to know, Because I just spent 50+ bucks for the MSD modified cap for the integra, because I'm using the MSD external coil pack. And the MSD cap didn't fit very well. The holes on the MSD cap didnt line up very well to the holes on my distributor housing. So next time I need a cap I can just use an OEM accord cap. Cheaper than the MSD

That's odd, I have the MSD cap and the MSD Blaster coil, and my MSD cap fits perfectly...

Do you have the stock distributor, [TEC]?

If so, I would have returned the cap, there is a defect in it. 94

Anything, I mean everything ive ever order from anyone from hong kong never worked or broke within a day or two. Mainly electronic stuff and a distributer is an electronic device as well.

Yeah they are not out of HK, plus I got a lifetime warranty on the distributor.
