So my dist, bearing was making noise and I thougth I woudl get to it, but it locked up before I could, I got a new dist, and put it in but now the teg will not start? is there anything else that may have tripped, ie. a blown fuse? or computer malf?
any help would be apprechaited

Do you have your distributor in correctly? 180 degrees off? Timed properly?

 

finally got it back up and running, it was the timing, the locked ist, must have made the cam skip a few teeth on the timing belt, and that threw it all out of sync, and bcause of the TDC sensor it was not firing at all, so dizzy is all good and everything is back and running, I hope this post omes in handy for others who face this problem, it was a real headache!
