Default Disabling Electric Load Detector

How?
I don't want to reprogram the ECU. Maybe some kind of resistor or other trick would do the job?
Any input appreciated.

If we knew what you really wanted, maybe there's an easier way.

Wait, I just noticed your profile. Are you REALLY in Poland? Only USA gets ELDs anyway, so you don't even have one.

Exactly. And JDMs have it also. So I have a JDM H22, JDM ECU and no ELD on board. I don't want to have CEL 20. That's why I'm asking.
The ELD troubleshooting procedure says that if you turn your headlights on there must be ca. 2V between A26 (ground) and D10 (generaly +) pins in ECU (P13 OBD1 I mean). So I think about cheating the ECU to make it think everything is OK.

No.

If you understood what role the ELD plays in the scheme of things, you would see that trying to mimick one voltage value for one type of accesory being on isn't going to cut it.

Kinda like a current shunt & amplifier.

Wouldn't it be easier to just get your hands on a USDM or JDM fusebox since it HAS an ELD?

Helm service manuals here only cover US & Canada, they say only US gets the ELD. So does anyone know what other countries get that?
