Im looking to run a direct port setup on my itb h22 just for track use. Anyone know what kind of setup would work best for that? I thought about buying the kit that sits under the injectors so that I wouldnt have to drill into them. Any input?
damm that idea is crazy bro
good luck u can always maybe use the one kit with the injectors with the nos adapter on there to shot up through the injectors

And fill in the spaces (and secure the nozzles) w/ JB Weld.

I meant the kit that has the little plate that sits under the injector. I think I might run that, or just run more compression...still not sure yet.

I know the kit you are talking about. It is quite expensive last time I checked. With a little ingenuity and creativity, you can do it yourself and save some money.

Yea.. the kit that sits under the Injectors ... i have the NOS Honda NOSzle system (NOS's under injector system) -- i sell it @ the speed shop for like $950 ish -- this may be a crazy idea... but ... buy a direct port universal system and run the little tuble lines right at the top of the IBS (bend the lines 1/2" into the openings.) -- Another crazy idea.. buy a $600 universal fogger .. fabricate a rail for N2O and spray the fuel through the rail -- like a fuel rail for the nitrous and use the tube-lines for fuel -- have fun getting the jets in there but there are fabricators who can do this kind of crazy **** =\ -- again... crazy idea but possible no? - if you're into that stuff it sounds like a fun project - seems safer than messing around injectors.

It is a good idea but better ideas are already available. (Injector mounted direct spray, itb injector spray, or drill/tap direct spray will all work for your setup but I still insist on Zdyne. You can't go wrong.....go zdyne and you won't go back!

I don't know if I would fill in the spaces with JB Weld unless you want them permanent. Just weld bungs in so you can screw in and out if you ever need to make adjustments.

hey man hows that thermal treating ya? Do you know of a kit that i could use for that? Is it pretty much just like a purge kit that has that really easily bendable tube so that I could form it into the tops?

Well a direct port kit will come with tubes (the same tubes that come in a purge kit) and you can use a tube bender (NOS has one) to bend them. It's not really easy, but it's not really tough. - NOS & NX both have Direct port kits w/these tube-setups
Note: you can use pliers, but for doing such an angle, a tube bender would be optimum ... and they're cheap
