Dilemma
For the past few days I have been thinking about going all motor. All my friends are telling me not to and just put on my turbo( have not done it yet because I'm going to the Philippines&Guam) so I can be like them. I want to know is it possible to go all motor and have 210HP to 220HP daily driven on a B18C motor? If so can someone give me a good setup?
They're called Toda Spec B cams... look into them
. Also get titanium valvesprings & retainers, lightweight valves, and some higher-compression pistons. You should be easily running 220 whp with that setup.
But if you already have the turbo, why not bolt it on? Turbos are cheaper than N/A in the short run

definetly possible with the right amount of money and patience... and all with oem parts. headwork, itr/ctr pistons, cams, itr manifold, jdm header, etc, etc.....
I know about Toda, as well as JUN cams. There are some people in my neighborhood running Toda A and B Spec cams. Just wanted to hear from people with B18C all motor setups. I can't put the turbo on right know because I'm going to the Philippines&Guam in a couple of weeks so all my money is tied up with the trip and JDM parts I will be buying over there. Every Dyno Chart I have seen for daily driven B18C set up have all been in the 190HP to 205HP range. I have a spare B18C1 head in my garage and I was debaiting if I should sell it or send it to JG to have them work the head if I choose to go all motor.
