digikey 73hc373

is this the correct 73HC373 ic that i need to rechip JDM ecu's? ive heard stories that these don't seem to work. any personal experiences with these?

20SOP package should fit fine. The large pack SMT 74HC373 will work too, but you have to bend the pins down to solder it.
