Default diffrence b/t organic and non-organic clutch disk

hi, i was wondering what the main diffrences are between organic and non-organic clutch disks. are there any trade offs between the two diffrent disks? what are the pro's and con's of each? thanks in advance

non-organic disks have some ceramic content. Ceramics hold higher temperature but will chatter @ smooth engagement. Ceramics also tend to eat the flywheel faster.
