Default Differential bearings/Casing torque specs

I have a 95 civic Si differential and i was just wondering how the bearings are connected to it. Can I just pry them off with a screwdriver and slide the new ones on or do i have to take them to a machine shop and have them pulled off and pressed on. Also, what is the proper torque for the tranny casing. Thanx!!!!!!
