Default Different options for grinding / gapping piston rings

What other options are there besides the Piston Ring "Grinding Wheel" that they sell? I noticed that all the grinding wheels are manual driven by hand so I am assuming a fixed speed dremel might be too fast?

Just tryin to see if I really HAVE to get the grinding wheel for this build...

Well to update, the diamond grinding wheel works great and is not that costly - also alot safer in terms of how much you grind off considering we're working with .001 clearances...
