Default different oem cranks, rods in blocks

say, if i bought a b16 for really cheap, and wanted to stroke it out with oem parts. could i use a gsr, ls, and/or crv crank and rods to stroke it?

you can do what you sayd above with any b-series blocks, but b16/b17 because of their deck height being lower than the rest
