Default Differences... OBD0 and OBD2 B16A head

I'm about to ship a head to RLZ for a stage2 job but all I can find is a OBD2 B16A head. Right now I use a OBD0 B16A head but I can't have my car stored for 2 months until I receive the head again. I'm already running OBD1 in my CRX EE8 (euro SiR) but are there any differences in sensors since and plugs?

Thanks

Thanks alot Sir...

Btw. I'm very impressed with this dyno chart:

I read in another post it was around 12.0-12.4:1 in compression. My setup is alot like this. Do you have any tuning advises you could give me and perhaps the Hondata file as I'm going from a stock B16A head to a completly build one plus a custom IM, 72 mm. TB. and SMSP header.

Thanks
