Difference between SI Cam and ITR Cam lift/duration.
I'm looking for the differences between the ITR cam specs and the Civic SI (99-00) cam specs. Specifically the specs and differences between the lift and duration? Thanks...

type r intake 11.5 lift 33mm duration.
b16a intake 10.6 lift 33mm duration.
type r exhaust 10.5 lift 28mm duration
b16a exhaust 9.4 lift 28mm duration.
this info is from hybris honda site i dont think the duration is to true because the duration on the type r cams next to the b16a cams is a remarksble difference.
