Difference between PR4 and P75 obd1?

Are the PR4 and P75 obd1 LS ecu's the same?

I don't know. I can't find much about them. I've seen the Pr4 is the OBD1 LS ecu and the P75 is the OBD2 LS ecu, but there are a P75 and a PR4 obd1 ecu. Are they they same? Can I use either one in an EG with an LS swap?
