difference between Blues and AGX's is ONLY adjustability?

difference between Blues and AGX's is ONLY adjustability?
Well, I don't NEED adjustability so I guess I am wondering if it would be a waste of my money to get the AGX's instead of the Tokico Blues. I will be using H&R SPORT springs.
