difference b18b and the b18b1

Can anyone please tell me the difference between the b18b and the b1? I heard that the b18b has forged internals and more HP .

Nope same motor b is a jdm motor and b1 is usdm. Both have the same functionality, however the b might have a tad bit more horsepower by like 5-10 more.
