did swap no vtec
no vtec after doing b16 swap in a 91 hatch. i have checked the vtec solnoid and connections at/to ecu. computer throws a constant 21 as soon as you start the car. any ideas? also i made a sub harness and wired in the second o2, knock, vtec oil press, and solenoid. i also have checked continuity to all of these from sensor to ecu and double checked for correct pin location. What i don't understand is why it throws 21 as soon as car is started unless it is different from obd1 cars in which from my experiences 21 is only thrown after car reaches vtec engagement rpm.
