i pulled up into the driveway and cut off an old muffler, when i went to start the car all the accessories came on but it didnt crank, also the vafc does not come on, all the fuses are good, i dont know how to check the relays, im really perplexed. im not sure what else it could be

 

any ideas?

does the check engine light come on when you turn the ignition on acc?
