Default Dent in Header ??'s

DC Ceramic Header. Does this look bad? How bad? Should I get it fixed or leave it? 3 big dents. I got it for free and you can see why. Also, I have a 90 integra and I dont have a clue what B series motor this thing came for. Are the B-pipes different lengths for different applications? How would I know? Thanks guys!

PS I know this must have been asked before but I searched and couldnt find any info.

Dude,

That thing looks like a used $2 dollar *****! I wouldn't put that on my car. The onlt thing that is good for is a paper weight.
