Default Dc2 steering column to crx?

I have a 91 crx with a obd0 motor in it that I've replaced everything to make it obd2 and I would like to use a 96-00 integra gauge cluster to work and am wondering if the whole steering column will go in or what I need to take off of it and put on the crx column to make it work

Pardon my ignorance but what does the cluster have to do with the steering column?

I guess I typed that wrong I just basically have a crx and am running a obd2 wiring harness in it because I purchased my car and the previous owner had cut into it. So I'm running 98 guage cluster and have a 98 steering wheele and turning indicators/ windshield wiper witch. I'm wondering what I need to do to make it run I have the whole 98 steering column with ignition.
