will the jdm dc2 hid bulbs fit on the usdm dc2? if not is there a way to do it by modifying it?

Almost anything can be done with enough modifying and fabrication, but you'd save yourself a lot of time and energy by simply buying an HID kit that included capsules with proper 9006 bases. You'll almost certainly end up with a better beam pattern that way, but if you want a truly high-quality pattern, your best bet is to source a set of OEM HID projectors (e.g., BMW, Audi, etc.) and swap them into your headlamp housings.
