Icon2 DASHPOT DIAPHRAGM...

i have a question. i have a stock 93 integra ls as for now and im planning on doing mods.

but there is something im wondering about.. the dashpot diaphragm is connected to the Throttle Body.. and there is a hose going from it to the intake hose.. but aftermarket intakes do not have a place for this..

i was wondering what i could do..

can i take the whole unit completely off or can i just cap it off... or should i leave it alone??

i've heard its useless and that you dont need it some ppl have taken it off but then i've heard leave it alone you need it it affects the idle.

what should i do?
