Dash lights Wont turn OFF even though the key is out.

Dash lights Wont turn OFF even though the key is out.
Happened to my sister 92 lx.
If you turn the car off, the batt, oil pres, seatbelt light and clock stay lit even with the key out.
Fuses under the hood are good.
Any idea's?

replace your main battery and trans (to frame rail) ground wires.
what you are describing (something similar anyway) happened in my old hatch. the wires were very corroded. once i replaced them, the problem went away.
if that doesn't do it, it could be the headlight switch
