Default dash light went dead

now my half my speedometer and tach wont' lite up when i turn my lights on. how do i change this light? do i need to open up the speedometer assembly? where are the lights located?

You probably need to take your gauge cluster out and replace the bulbs. It's happend to a friend of mine. He replaced them with amber bulbs.

If only half of your lights out, it is NOT a fuse. They don't have two different fuses for 1/2 of your gauge cluster.

Pull the cluster out - there are light holes right on the back. Just replace the bad bulbs.

if his dash lights AND his taillights were off, it would be a fuse. since it's just 1/2 of your dash, it's probably just a bulb. pull out the gauge cluster and replace it..
