k, I just had my motor installed 3 days ago and "check engine" light lit up tonight. code said it is O2 sensor. I called Honda and they can have one for me tomorrow for $240.00 or Auto Zone has one for $70.00 w/warranty. is the Sensor from Honda going to work?? I have a JRSC w/7psi and internals w/ je 9.2:1 pistons..
my buddy said that once a B16 motor is built, a stock O2 sensor will not do the job...... any help would kick ***.

 

I mean the motor being "built" as in its pushing a lot more horsepower than stock.

Stock o2 sensor is better IMO.

 

autozone one is universal, you need to solder/wire it up yourself.
you can order clip in(no solder, direct install) from autozone but it will cost as much as dealer.

I have a clip in, oem, brand new o2 sensor.
for sale, if you need one just im me.

BUT stock one is better.
