first off i hope this is the right forum to be posting this in. i have a 91 std hatch and am swapping a zc motor/tranny in. i did alot of searching on these forums and others to make sure i had all the parts needed before starting. the only detail i missed was the part about the std model having too small of hubs for the teg half-shafts. from what i understand my options are: pull off my knuckles, press out the hub and get the right size.....or i can order an si/dx knuckle-hub combo from junkyard which will be a beefier knuckle, but am not sure if my brakes will bolt-up to it or what size the brakes would be......i still have 13in. steelies.........or my other option from what i understand would be to get a 90-93 teg knuckle correct? if i were to get the teg knuckle, would i need to change alot of my braking system, like mc/booster and such? if anybody can answer any of these q's for me it would be very helpful in making my decision on which parts to get.
