So this is the 2nd inner CV Joint I've had go on my Integra SiR. Went to the track and I guess I launched too hard and on the way home the vibrating while accelerating began. Guess it's time to look into some performance axles.. can anyone give me any advice on which to buy or where I can get them for a good deal. I only have basic bolt-ons, so I wouldn't need any 1000hp axles & I don't go to the track often at all. I just need something reliable but can handle the little extra HP.

 

Are you getting wheel hop on launch?

 

No wheels hop thanks to the Full Race traction bars.. also have Tein SS Coilovers set pretty tight.

 

Just checking because the main reason axels break is from wheel hop. I broke an axel from wheel hop before.

thats odd your breaking cv joints like that becasue in honda tuning mag there was a 600hp 25psi gsr teg that was running stock axles and never broke a cv joint

id suggest to look at a junkyard for some gsr axles or race axles
