I have a 00 civic ex and my fuel guage moves around so much!!....it moves around soo much....it usually says I have less gas than I really do..how do I fix that?..

 

I have the same problem! Sometimes I fill up and I know for a fact I get nearly 400 miles to a tank when the weather is a little warmer, but when I get to like 100 miles the gauge is 1/2 empty, and when I get to like 250 the tank is showing almost completely empty, and just because I'm paranoid I'll fill up anyways and end up only putting in 7 gallons of gas!

But also when I fill up the gauge never actually makes it all the way to F, just barely below the F line.

 

ya so it this a problem that we cant fix then??
