i think you just slap the seats onto the ek rails..

 

I have 93 integra seats in my ek hatch, had them in my eg sedan originally and they bolted into that perfect. To get them in the 99 hatch there was a little tab on the inner rear rail I just cut off and I got 3 bolts in, the 4th is pictured with the washer from the bolt holding down that 4th spot. Even though the last bolt isn't through the hole it is very sturdy and doesn't move at all. They sit a little bit lower than the original seats too which is actually nice. And if anyone is wondering, I bolted the 99 hatch seats in the eg sedan with no modifications at all, all 4 bolts in correctly, just had to do some wiggling and have someone hold the seat while I started the last bolt and they sit straight and slide perfect.
