DA Integra Damper Questions
I'm in the market for a suspension setup for my 93 LS Integra. I've heard good things about the KYB AGX from people with newer Hondas. The AGX seems to fit my needs (adjustible without removing shock from car, fair price, warranty) but I noticed that KYB doesn't seem to make rear shocks for my car. I also noticed they don't make rear AGX's for the 88 Civic, however they do make rear AGX's for the 89-91 Civics. I was under the impression that the 88-91 Civics and 90-93 Integras share the same suspension, like the 92+ Civic and 94 Integras. Also, the part numbers for the 88-91 Civic / 90-93 Integra front AGXs are the same.
So what's the difference between the EF and DA suspensions? How did the rear shocks / mounts / LCAs, etc change in the Civic from 88 to 89-91, and why are there no rear AGXs in production for my DA Integra?
Guess I should just get the Koni Yellows, but I wanted to be able to adjust the shocks without disassembling my car every time. Not that I don't enjoy it...
