d6z6 and y8 head same casting cams?

d6z6 and y8 head same casting cams?
i have both and want to use the z6 i just got but have a valve cover bolt broken (front cam side) and i need to know if i can take the cam cap piece of the y8 and if it will be the same so i can put it on the z6. thanks for your help
