Default D16Z6 LOST MOTION ASSEMBLY QUESTION

My D16z6 recently started ticking/knocking very loud at idle and it increases with RPM. The motor heats up and it gets a little quieter but not much. I have been searching around on here and I found out that it could possibly be the LMA's. I am 100% positive that I have them in correct. It sounded like the #1 cylinders LMA was going out so I swapped #1 and #4 around and it sounds like the sound moved. Is there any way to really test the LMA's?
I am very scared to drive the car now because it ticks/knocks so loud.

- Oh ya and the Valves are adjusted perfectly.

- What is your opinion on this matter? Can I drive the car or should I try and pick up some LMA's and see if this fixes the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Helms says to push on them and check for free movement, along with the VTEC follower.
