Ok I have to run new wiring from the distributor on my z6 to the ecu. I keep throwing codes for it and I just want to make sure it's not the wiring. I had to replace some other wires due to a short in them.

Anyway, does anyone know the wire locations at the ecu for which wires from the distributor go at each one? I got the distributor from the Distributor King and it is fairly new, but it threw the codes since I have had it installed. I want to get rid of this last check engine light.

 

Anyone? I am getting CEL 4,8,and 9.... I need some help here... I really think the wiring is to blame...

That is the harness side connector at the dizzy

For Code 4 Crank Sensor
B+F @ the connector and B15 + B16 at the ECU

For Code 8 Top Dead Center Sensor
C+G @ the connector and B13 + B14 at the ECU

For Code 9 Cylider Position Sensor
D+H @ the connector and B11 + B12 at the ECU


This is for the D16z6 SOHC Vtec 1.6L engine and P28 ECU
