Does anyone have any good website or links on how to build up this engine?..

I know it's not a powerfull engine but that all the money i got

Build that engine and it will be pretty powerful. A really good build would be from 2000-4000 (parts and labor). Never underestimate a D series, let alone the SOHC VTEC.

8 psi on the streets pretty safe with the motor being stock.

But due to the relative inexpense of d series parts, I don't see why you don't just go ahead and build the hell out of it. As mentioned earlier, you can build a crazy d series engine within about a $2000 budget.
