Default d16y8 wiring harness

Ok so I just bought a 1996 civic ex with a d16y8 swap in it.
The ECU is a p2p-a12 obd2B
There are only 2 plugs going into the ecu, the green plug, and the blue plug
the gray one isn't there, and on every wiring harness i see online theres supposed to be three plugs (green, blue, gray) well, i only have green & blue and the gray isn't even there.
The car runs great, but the speedo & rpm gauge don't work that's about it.
What does the gray plug that plugs into the ecu do?
Thanks guys!

The proper ECU is OBD2A.
