Hey guys im having an issue with my 1995 honda civic 4 door d16y8 swap it feels very weak under 3k to 3.5k rpm once its reaches 3k i feel more power it also jerks back and forth while driving i did have an idle issue it had an up and down idle i plugged the iacv hole with jb weld and it stopped i also replaced spark plugs with ngk ones and its still feels very weak thanks
