Does anyone know if I can swap out my D16y5 Cam and ECU by replacing it with D16Y8? I've read several different things and from what I can tell looking at both heads, it looks like they both are compatible. Both have same rocker and vtec assembly. Its just that D16Y5 not designed for performance, so part of the cam and vtec engagement is different. Therefore, my theory is that it might work. Any knowledgable comments or suggestions? Thanks...
